About Anchor
Anchor: Fajr Alarm ("Anchor", "we", "us", "our") is a paid mobile application that helps users build a consistent Fajr prayer morning routine through alarms, streak tracking, and daily check-ins.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old in the EU/UK) to use Anchor. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
If you are using Anchor on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Subscriptions & Payments
Pricing
Anchor is a paid app with no free tier. Access requires an active subscription:
- –Weekly plan: $6.99/week
- –Annual plan: $49.99/year
Billing
Subscriptions are billed and processed by Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Your payment details are handled securely by Stripe — we never store your card information.
Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the app settings or by contacting us at contact@mvpmatter.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email contact@mvpmatter.com within 14 days of the charge. EU/UK consumers may have additional rights under applicable consumer law.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Your Account
To sync your data across devices, you must create an account via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion permanently erases your data from our servers within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- –Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
- –Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- –Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- –Distribute, resell, or sublicense access to the app
- –Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the app
- –Interfere with the proper functioning of the app or our servers

Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, sounds, animations, and features of Anchor are owned by MVP Matter and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Anchor for your personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights are transferred to you beyond this license.

No Medical or Religious Advice
Important disclaimer
Anchor is a habit and discipline tool. It is not a religious authority, does not provide religious rulings (fatwas), and does not replace personal religious practice or guidance from qualified scholars.
Prayer times are calculated using standard astronomical algorithms (Muslim World League method). Accuracy may vary by location. Always verify prayer times with a trusted local source.
Anchor is not a health or medical application. It does not provide sleep advice, medical recommendations, or mental health support.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Anchor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- –Fitness for a particular purpose
- –Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- –Accuracy of prayer time calculations
- –That alarms will fire in all circumstances (e.g., device in silent mode, low battery, OS restrictions)
We strongly recommend testing your alarm setup and not relying solely on Anchor for time-sensitive obligations.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP Matter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Anchor, including but not limited to:
- –Missed prayers due to alarm failure
- –Loss of streak data
- –Service interruptions or downtime
- –Data loss
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Anchor shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Anchor at any time if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.
You may stop using Anchor at any time and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately.
Sections 6, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you within the app or by email for material changes.
Your continued use of Anchor after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy
Your use of Anchor is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
