Terms of Service

Istiqāmah (“Istiqāmah”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a free mobile app that helps you build consistent worship habits through tracking, reminders, and shared circles. It is developed and operated by MVP Matter.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use Istiqāmah. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Use Istiqāmah lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

• –Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• –Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours
• –Disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• –Misuse the social or circle features

The habits, completions, and circle content you create remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process this content solely to provide the app's features to you and to the members you choose to share with.

When you add friends or join circles, your public profile (name, handle, avatar) and your aggregate progress within shared circles become visible to those members. Only join circles and accept friends you trust.

Istiqāmah is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Istiqāmah and MVP Matter are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
